One Company. Over a Century of Craft.

Since 1916, Graciano Corporation has been giving a future to the past, restoring America's most iconic buildings with the same dedication that has defined us for more than 100 years.

Fallingwater, Frank Lloyd Wright's landmark in Mill Run, PA, restored by Graciano Corporation

Graciano Corporation is one of the oldest and most experienced masonry and concrete restoration firms in the United States. Founded in 1916, we have grown from a small family operation into a national leader in the restoration, preservation, and rehabilitation of historic and commercial structures.

Our craftspeople, some of whom represent the fourth generation of their families in the trade, bring a depth of knowledge and care to every project that cannot be replicated. We self-perform approximately 90% of all labor in-house, which gives our clients consistent quality control, clear accountability, and a single point of responsibility from contract to completion.

Our History

For more than a century, Graciano has been completing assignments on some of America's most visible and beloved structures. What began as local masonry work in western Pennsylvania evolved into a nationally recognized specialty contractor with a portfolio spanning landmarks in New York City, historic properties throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and projects across the eastern United States.

Over the decades, our work has grown more technical, incorporating engineered grouting, epoxy and urethane injection, advanced concrete repair, Rotec cleaning, and facade inspection programs, while our commitment to craft has remained constant.

On historic landmarks, Graciano follows the Department of Interior Standards for Historic Preservation. Our standardized Quality Assurance program for field and management procedures gives building owners and managers confidence at every stage of a project.

Woman Business Enterprise

Since January 2025, Graciano Corporation has been certified as a Woman Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Small Business Administration (SBA). This certification reflects our current ownership and our commitment to accountability, transparent communication, and detail-focused execution on every project.
