Why Graciano is your trusted partner for FISP compliance and facade restoration in New York City.
New York City's Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), commonly referred to as Local Law 11, requires owners of buildings greater than six stories to have their facades inspected and repaired on a regular cycle. Graciano Corporation has extensive experience supporting property owners through every phase of the FISP process.
Under FISP, qualified exterior wall inspectors (QEWIs) must inspect building facades every five years and file reports with the NYC Department of Buildings. Conditions are classified as safe, safe with a repair and maintenance program (SWARMP), or unsafe. Unsafe conditions require immediate protective measures and timely repairs.
Graciano has been trusted with facade restoration on some of New York City's most prominent buildings, including Rockefeller Center, the New York Public Library, Grand Central Terminal, and the Waldorf Astoria. This experience means we understand the materials, logistics, and regulatory requirements that make NYC facade work unique.
Committed to delivering the finest craftsmanship at competitive prices. Whether it's a landmark restoration, commercial project, or residential repair, Graciano is ready to help.
