Our masons are on a lift under the entry lobby vault. It is faced in Akoustolith, a sound-absorbing tile Guastavino patented in 1916, and nothing goes full-scale until every repair has been proved on the ceiling first.

Clayton, the Frick family's house in Point Breeze, is back under scaffold. Nearly 20 layers of paint are off the brick, and our masons are cutting the old mortar out of the joints for repointing.

Built for the 1964 World's Fair and designed by Philip Johnson. Our scope is the concrete restoration: cleaning, crack and patch repairs, and an anti-graffiti coating on the lower 8 feet of each tower, with every method tested on a mock-up first.

Exterior masonry restoration of the Second Empire courthouse, built 1876 to 1877, with painting of the metal pediments, cornices and wood window frames. Work started in October 2025, paused for winter, and the crew is back on the building.

The DeSoto County Courthouse in Arcadia, Florida, has been the seat of county business since 1913. In 2024, Graciano restored the courthouse's exterior masonry on a six-month, $1.9 million contract while the building remained in daily use.
